Belvisi was born in Provence in 1950. In his youth he moved to Paris, where he studied painting. He was particularly fascinated by creating an original lithograph and so he learned how to work with various plates and layers of paint to create a lithograph. Belvisi is exhibited in many galleries throughout France.
