biography

Born in 1917 in Zurich, 1932-33 attended the Zurich School of Applied Arts, 1933-36 apprenticed as a window dresser, 1938 had his own studio for graphics, decoration and photography in Zurich. 1958-60 lived in New York, 1960 returned to Switzerland, lived in Zurich and Paris and worked full-time as a freelance artist. Lives today in Cannes (F). Many works for public spaces, large exhibitions in Europe and the USA. Also created a large print work.
