Barbara Schroeder works and lives in a small village near Bordeaux, close to the Gironde estuary. Favorite themes in her works on canvas and paper are the variety of the region's culinary offerings, such as grapes, artichokes, chestnuts, avocados, lemons, onions, figs, pumpkins, wine, and landscape paintings that are colorfully designed using her special technique.
